LottaJobs is an AI-assisted career platform that helps you discover job opportunities, tailor application materials, and track your job search. These Terms explain the rules and expectations that apply when you use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using LottaJobs, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service includes job discovery, resume and cover letter generation, job-fit scoring, application tracking, and related career tools. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

LottaJobs uses artificial intelligence to assist with:

• Resume creation and tailoring
• Job matching and fit scoring
• Job research and insights
• Application preparation, including email and cover letter drafting
• Interview preparation
• Follow-up recommendations
• Career insights and suggestions

AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You must review all AI-generated content before using or submitting it. LottaJobs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the career information you provide, including your employment history, education, skills, and certifications. LottaJobs will not knowingly generate fabricated employment history, education, certifications, qualifications, or achievements. You agree not to use the Service to create false or misleading professional credentials.

Job listings are sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate or current. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legitimacy of any job posting. You should independently verify job details before applying.

Resumes, cover letters, application emails, and other content produced by the Service are generated by AI and should be treated as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before submission. LottaJobs does not represent AI-generated content as guaranteed accurate.

The Service may offer optional integrations with third-party services such as Gmail. When you connect an integration, you authorize LottaJobs to access certain information from that service in accordance with the permissions you grant. You may disconnect an integration at any time. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly, to review all AI-generated content before submission, and to verify the accuracy of information in your applications. You remain responsible for all applications you submit through the Service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information to employers; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (d) scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or (e) use AI-generated content to fabricate credentials, qualifications, or achievements.

When you submit a job application through LottaJobs, you authorize the Service to send that application on your behalf. You must review the application content and explicitly authorize sending before any email is delivered. LottaJobs does not guarantee:

• Employment or job offers
• Interviews or interview invitations
• Specific salary outcomes
• Hiring decisions by employers
• Application success or response from employers

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms.

Refund eligibility for subscriptions and one-time purchases is described in our Refund Policy.LottaJobs does not guarantee refunds outside of the terms described in that policy.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by LottaJobs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the career information and content you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your personal use in your job search.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and integrate with third-party services. LottaJobs is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LottaJobs does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottaJobs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any outcomes related to job applications, hiring decisions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

You agree to indemnify and hold LottaJobs harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your submission of false or misleading information, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe harms the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction specified at the time of any dispute, without regard to conflict of law principles.
